I don't really remember any of the laster eps, so I'm wondering did any of the Boyzz or ZZ change as the series went on? The personalities in botsmaster were somewhat typical, but I think they were mainly unique from other cartoons. Still I love cartoon series like Beast Wars and Gargoyles that actually take the time to explore the characters of the show rather then always having it revolve around some convoluted plot. So any cool shit like that happen in BM?

Well some of the Boyzz learned a bit. D'Nerd and Watson learned about human sexuality in the episode with Alicia. Genesix learned about the evil inside himself when Negatone showed up. Kiddie kept getting himself in and out of trouble. There wasn't an absurd amount of developpement throughout the series but there was some stuff in individual episodes.

Not to forget Lady Frenzy doing a lot of warming up to ZZ. Warm It Up Chris!

There was definitely room for some character development, but I don't recall seeing an awful lot carry over from one episode to another. The characters, good and bad, seemed to not budge from how they were at the beginning.

The one exception I can really think of is Frenzy... she seems to have an on again, off again soft spot for ZZ, varying from episode to episode...

Well... ZZ's relationship with Alicia didn't confine itself to one episode. She sort of grew to accept him. At the end of her first episode she was sort of reluctant to have anything to do with him but later warms up with their trip to Paris and Ziv's birthday party.

Well the first episode with Alicia has Watson and D'Nerd ordering Alicia, a model, out of a bots catalogue. Watson, being a Doctor, knows vaguely of the human sex drive and that ZZ needs an outlet. They don't know anything about sexuality at this point and learn not only a leason in dealing in the trafficking of flesh and slavery but they also learn about sexuality and human companionship.

Well they never straight up said sex but it was implied. Sort of subtle adult humour that kids would never catch on too... kind of like Lady Frenzy the corp prostitute.

It's episode 16 "Blind Date" and I just noticed there's a summary for it up on my site:
